A few years ago, my doctor recommended Apothecary By Design, and my experience with the pharmacy has been consistently great.

Every employee is so caring, so personal. Even if you’re just getting a refill, you can tell the people there really care.

The “TLC” factor is so high. I’ve lived in some major cities across the country, and ABD is unlike any pharmacy I’ve dealt with in 24 years. I honestly don’t know how they could improve their service.

You can’t be in the door 10 seconds before someone greets you. They even remember to have biscuits waiting for my dog.

When a pharmacist calls, he does more than ask about side effects or how I’m doing. He listens to the answers.

When I moved to Maine, I was concerned there might not be the same level of pharmacy care for HIV as there is in other parts of the country. In fact, it’s been quite the opposite. I feel more comfortable being treated by ABD than I’ve felt with any other pharmacy.

If I met another patient, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ABD, not for a second.
